25 years ago when the pursuit of my dream to become a Farm Broadcaster caused my relocation from the Buckle of the Bar B Q belt, I discovered that I couldn't get slow smoked, dry rubbed pork barbeque just anywhere. This was the beginning of Kritter Stubblefield's Gourmet Bar B Q Dippin' Sauce.

From that day, I made it my personal mission to introduce all my new friends to the pleasures of true, slow-smoked barbeque. I spent countless hours in the kitchen trying to create a sauce with just the right blend of flavors to showcase that perfect combination of pork, smoke and the most important ingredient, patience. I finally reproduced the sweet tangy sauce that I remembered from my youth, bringing to mind county fairs, church socials and Farm Bureau picnics.
