In case ya’ll are wondering, we’re just really getting’ started, so we’re kinda making it up as we go along.

I guess this is where I’m supposed to tell you things to make you buy a bottle of Kritter Stubblefield’s gourmet Bar-B-Q Dippin’ Sauce…..here goes.

I’m not going to tell you this is best sauce in the world, there are a lot of good sauces out there, and there are a lot of bad ones, most folks agree mine’s one of the better ones.

This sauce began as an effort to being the taste of true West Kentucky Bar-B-Q to the unenlightened. It is the result of a more that two decade long search into the perfect combination of sweetness and tang…..what I like to call the ‘Whang’.

A taste of my sauce results in an initial embrace of sweetness, quickly followed by a full flavored tangyness. Both melt together in a slight hint of a burn that slides down the back of your throat, like a swig of fine bourbon whiskey.

I call it Kritter Stubblefield’s because that’s me and I always thought if you wanted to try and convince people that you’re proud of something, and that it’s good, put your name on it.

I call it “gourmet” because that takes up less space on the label than, “this is really good stuff I know ‘cause I have worked on it for over 20 years and a lot of people like it”.

I call it “Bar-B-Q Dippin’ Sauce”, because you can use it as a marinade, It makes a great finishing sauce on the grill, It’s wonderful on a pulled pork sandwich, and a lot of my friends say their kids love it with chicken fingers.

But when you drag a piece of slow smoked, dry rubbed, pork shoulder through this sauce, then you’ll experience the true essence of what Bar-B-Q sauce is supposed to be.
